  • All TENTS must have at least 40 lbs of weight on each leg.
  • Call 606-280-3522 for ICE. Read the FAQ below for more details.
  • If you will have a stock truck / vehicle at the festival, submit the form below for each vehicle.
  • A $100 Vendor Parking Pass is not required. The Pikeville Police Department is issuing a permit to allow vendors to operate a golf cart sized vehicle on the streets to stock during festival hours. Stocking with full-size vehicles is allowed and does not need a permit before 10 am.

Garage Assignments

Parking Garage Vendors must check-in at the Chamber Office before setting up. Check-in begins at 9:00 am, Wednesday. Parking Garage Vendors must be set up by 5:00 pm with all stock and service vehicles out of the Parking Garage and off the streets to allow Street Vendors to come into town.

All Street and Family Fun Zone Vendors must check-in at the designated Staging Area before setup. Check-in begins Wednesday at 1:00 pm and all vendor must check-in before 4:30 pm.

As early as 5:30 pm, vendors will begin moving into town for setup according to location assignments. You may not leave your Staging Area before you are released. Volunteers will be available to help you.
