Welcome to the Hillbilly Days 2022 Vendor Information Page. We're excited to have you back with us this year. On this page you will find booth assignments as well as helpful resources including maps and directions to staging areas, lodging information, and a map festival the festival grounds.

Garage Assignments

Parking Garage Vendors must pick up their credential packet and register at the Chamber Office before setting up. Registration will begin at the Chamber Office at 9:00 am, Wednesday. Parking Garage Vendors must be set up by 5:00 pm with service vehicles off the streets and out of the Parking Garage to allow Street Vendors to come into town.

Street Assignments

All street vendors must meet in your designated Staging Area to complete your registration. Final registration begins Wednesday. You will receive your credential packet at registration, which you must have to setup.

At 5:30 pm, vendors will begin moving into town according to location assignments. You may not leave the Staging Area before your street is called. Volunteers will be available to help you.

Anyone attempting to setup early may be required to leave the Festival with no refund. The Pikeville City Police Department will issue tickets to any vendor set up on City Streets before the designated time. Ticket fines must be paid before you will be allowed to set up again.
