Our new tagline, The Power To Be Heard, describes our organization in a two-fold manner.  First of all, it came about when discussing our members and their frustration with our government’s inability  to manage and serve our economy efficiently.  Separately our voices get lost in the crowd when it comes to local, state, and federal issues, but collectively we find the old adage - there is power in numbers - to hold true.

Our growing membership gives us the ability to speak on your behalf with POWER.

Secondly, we have found that our region has been long ignored by the rest of our state and has been plagued by vague stereotyping.  We intend to change that perception.  Our growing membership allows us to market our region for what it really is; beautiful, prosperous, developable, educated, and ripe for growth.  For once, Southeast Kentucky will tell its own story. 
We will be HEARD.
